Submission templates

Any use of generative AI tools must be transparently acknowledged within the submission, specifying how AI was utilized (e.g., for language refinement, idea generation, or coding assistance). Regardless of AI assistance, authors remain fully responsible for the content of their manuscript, including its accuracy, originality, and compliance with ethical and academic standards.

Camera-ready version

Authors of accepted papers must submit a camera-ready version of their manuscript. The camera-ready paper is the final publication version that incorporates all required revisions identified during the review process. Authors should ensure that the paper strictly follows the conference templates, includes complete author information, and has been carefully proofread. The submitted camera-ready version will be used for publication in the conference proceedings and related digital archives.

Track-changes version (conditionally accepted papers only)

In addition to the final camera-ready manuscript, and the rebuttal, authors of conditionally accepted submissions must also submit a track-changes version of the manuscript clearly showing all modifications made since the originally reviewed submission. This version should highlight additions, deletions, and other edits, enabling the organizing committee to efficiently assess how reviewer comments and required revisions have been addressed. The track-changes document will be reviewed solely for the purpose of verifying revisions, will not be included in the published proceedings, and does not need to be anonymized.

Example format for rebuttal

In preparing their rebuttal, authors can use the provided template to clearly document the modifications made in response to the reviewers’ feedback. Please follow the structure illustrated in the Example Rebuttal Format when reporting all changes:
