Morning Yoga | Everything You Need for a Successful Day

Morning yoga practice gives us an opportunity to tune ourselves for the day ahead. Through movement, breath, and calming the mind, we gradually awaken both body and awareness, creating space for energy, ease, and focus. The aim is to prepare both body and mind to respond with flexibility to the pace and challenges of everyday life.

The class is open to everyone, regardless of previous experience. It includes dynamic movement and breathing exercises, selected yoga postures (asanas), a short relaxation, and a closing meditation.
